Output Gain, RMS & True Peak
A dedicated output stage with make-up gain plus live RMS and true peak readouts. Making it easy to dial in the same loudness pocket every time ! High and Low pass filters are there to remove excessive frequencies.
Preamp Modes
Multiple preamp voicings – Standard, Smooth, Punchy, Vocal – built as real DSP models. Each mode shapes tone and dynamics, leaving plenty of headroom. Creating depth, and boldness to your audio. Models vary from very flatline to having a big mid range punch, to a softer smoother tone, that caters to any voice or instrument type.
RMS Profiles
Choose an RMS profile (Audiobook, Podcast, Instrument, etc.) to match the job. Emergent steers your output toward that target so you don’t have to guess if your level is “good enough”. Click them to refresh at any time, and always know for sure you are on target, in real time !
Routing & Status
The status box makes routing obvious: Audio OK when you’re monitoring hardware directly in Passthrough, and Virtual Output Activated when the virtual mic is live and feeding your apps. This is the gateway between dialing in the sound or broadcasting it for all other software to use as an input device.
